If you send us an inquiry, you´ll be contacted as soon as possible in order to confirm your booking according to the availability of your chosen accomodation and dates.
Please note that the calculated price for the complete holiday house is for a maximum number of 10 persons. Each extra person (11th, 12th…) will be charged with € 25,00/day without breakfast and € 30,00/day with breakfast. Babies under 2 years of age are free of charge.
The calculated price for the room category “Balcony Deluxe” is for 2 persons. The 3rd person is charged with € 25,00/day without breakfast and € 30,00/day with breakfast.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
- From June, 22nd until September, 6th 2019 we only rent the entire holiday house, no single rooms
- In the high season (22/06/2019 – 06/09/2019) we can only accept bookings with a minimum stay of 7 nights
- Check-in is from 4:00 pm until 10:00 pm
- Check-out is from 8:00 am until 11:00 am
- Please kindly indicate your approximate arrival time prior to your stay
- Free cots for babies under 2 years on request, subject to availability. Please make a request when booking.
- Pets are allowed upon prior agreement
- Smoking is only permitted outside of the house
- TV (cable with more than 300 channels + Netflix & Amazon Prime smart TV) is available in the common living room
- Free Wlan in all rooms
- Free parking inside the property
- Central heating and fireplace for the winter
Exceptions, especially concerning the check-in and check-out terms in the high season, are only possible if a prior arrangement has been made with us. In order to guarantee a proper cleaning of the house and the outside facilities, we need some time between the departure and the arrival of our guests.
